Bro. Curt Howard

Pastor

Bro. Curt became the pastor of Maple Springs Baptist Church in 2004.  Since that time, God has blessed the church in strength and in number as the result of straight-forward, Bible preaching and teaching.  In 2008, under Bro. Curt’s leadership, God blessed the church with a new, 19,000 sq. ft. facility relocated to Hwy. 14.  In 2012, due to the growth of our membership, an addition was added to this facility, seating an additional 200 people. In 2015, a youth gymnasium/overflow fellowship area was added to the rear of the building. Maple Springs Baptist Church recently finished construction on a new sanctuary that can seat 800 people, with the ability to add more seats in the future.

The Lord has blessed our church so much, and the word tells us, “For unto whomsoever
much is given, of him shall be much required…”(Luke 12:48). As God’s blessings continue
to pour down, we must continue to “Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel
them to come in, that my house may be filled.” (Luke 14:23)

Bro. Curt holds a BA in agriculture from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Theology from Gethsemane Bible Institute.  He and his wife, Sandy, have two children, Cray and Cacey.  Bro. Curt and his family reside in Newark, Arkansas.
